Your privacy is important.

While reasonable measures are taken to protect information submitted through this website, electronic communication—including website forms and email—cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please avoid including sensitive medical information, confidential clinical information, or detailed personal history when submitting an inquiry through the contact form.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is one of the foundations of psychotherapy.

Once you become a client, information shared during therapy is protected by applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA, with limited legal exceptions such as situations involving imminent risk of harm, suspected abuse or neglect, or when disclosure is otherwise required by law.

Additional information regarding confidentiality and its limits will be reviewed during the informed consent process before therapy begins.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, individuals who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of mental health services.

You have the right to receive this estimate before scheduling services or at any time upon request.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit:
